本機是在引進和吸收國外先進技術的基礎上，由我公司自主研發(fā)的一款專業(yè)針對西林瓶的灌裝、上塞、旋（軋）蓋機。本機采用日本全進口高精度封閉式凸輪分度工位器，精度高，運行可靠，使用壽命長。該分度器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，長期使用無需維修。

本機主要適用于各種粉劑灌裝、壓塞及旋（軋）蓋，如青霉素粉末、膠原蛋白粉末、冰硼散粉末、農(nóng)藥粉末、胡椒粉末等。廣泛用于食品、制藥、化工行業(yè)及科研領域。該機既可單機生產(chǎn)，又可與洗瓶機、干燥機等設備組成聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)線。完全符合國家GMP要求。
