Sediment Corer
沉積物柱狀取樣器(柱狀采泥器)用于從軟的、沙質(zhì)和中等硬度的水體底部取樣。
它使用非常簡單。既可以從淺水中取樣,也可從深水中取樣。當(dāng)取樣器進(jìn)入水中時(shí),取樣管頂端的塑料閥門會(huì)打開,確保水可以自由流過取樣器管。柱狀采泥器可通過用手推或者自身重力插入采樣底部。當(dāng)采到所需的樣品時(shí),將取樣器從沉積物中取出,在上升過程中,取樣器頂端的閥門會(huì)由于水壓的作用而關(guān)閉。向上移動(dòng)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)真空作用,使得樣品保留在管中而不會(huì)損失。當(dāng)取樣器從水中取出后,通過一個(gè)活塞將樣品取出進(jìn)行分析。
