JKF-159C系列采用真空吸入物料的方式給料。包裝袋放置在密閉的真空倉內，物料通過負壓吸引作用進入包裝袋內，同時物料中的氣體通過包裝袋的氣孔排出。當填充到包裝袋內的物料重量到達預設的重量值時，真空泵停止運行，同時真空倉門打開，人工取下包裝好的包裝袋，即完成單袋包裝。包裝過程無粉塵外溢，有效降低對環(huán)境的污染。包裝過程能實現高壓縮比填充物料，使包裝成品袋外形充實,縮小包裝袋尺寸，包裝效果尤為突出。
JKF-159C valve-port vacuum powder dosing packaging machine It consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter.
