 適用范圍:

本部分適用于氧化鋁流動角測定，測定范圍：30°-50°.

流動角：

試料在測試瓶中停止流動后，試料形成的椎形面與測試瓶底間形成的角度。

Flow angle:

The angle formed between the conical surface formed by the sample and the bottom of the test bottle after the sample stops flowing in the test bottle.

原理：

將氧化鋁通過一系列漏斗倒入平底容器中。允許通過漏口下漏的氧化鋁流出平底容器，根據用于填充容器的試料質量和試驗后容器內存在試料的質量計算流動角度.

principle:

Pour the alumina through a series of funnels into a flat-bottomed container. 技術參數:

1.漏斗：直徑為110mm±10mm，內部瓶頸的直徑為10mm±2mm

2.不銹鋼可調節(jié)流速漏斗：

壁內光滑的金屬漏斗，直徑為65mm±5mm；

內部瓶頸的直徑為5.5mm±0.5mm，長度為110mm±20mm。

漏斗瓶頸的長度為50mm±5mm，瓶頸底部終止處為正方形.

3.平底容器：內徑為72.5mm±0.1mm，內高為72.5mm±0.1mm，漏口的直徑是4mm±0.1mm，漏口的壁和根部的厚度為4.5mm±0.1mm，容器的理論容積為300mL，此容器為鋁質，內壁光滑，表面平坦.

4.孔塞：孔塞的尺寸能夠塞緊平底容器底部漏口
